Anyone interested in joining the CVMA® will need to fill out an application and a patch agreement form. Your military service be it combat or not grants you admission into the CVMA®. What this means is, we do not PROSPECT MEMBERS. You will need to provide your DD 214/215, Motorcycle registration, Insurance, the application and patch agreement forms.
Must have served in a qualifying combat zone
This must show the theater of combat, and an Honorable discharge.
Three wheeled motorcycles are also acceptable. Slingshots are not motorcycles.
Example: California requires an M1 designation on a drivers license.
Supporter Members will need a Sponsor. If you need one, we will assign one to you.
